  • Authors are asked to prepare abstracts according to the templates and guidelines.
  • A short resume of the work (150 words, no figures) should be submitted also in the text box available in the submission system.
Deadlines

  • Two-page abstract submission deadline: December 12, 2025 January 9, 2026 (Extended)
  • Notification of acceptance/rejection: February 6, 2026
  • Early-bird registration deadline: March 27, 2026
  • Authors Registration deadline: May 8, 2026
  • (Optional) Full paper submission deadline: March 20, 2026
