The conference will be held in Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería (ETSI) of University of Seville. ETSI is near the Olympic Stadium of Seville and next to the Isla Mágica theme park, and about a 30-minute walk from the city centre, accessible via the Barqueta Bridge

It is well connected by bus lines C1, C2, and 2, with stops at Santa Justa station, the final destination of the high-speed train (AVE) from Córdoba, Barcelona, Madrid, Málaga, and Valencia. The site is around a 16-minute drive from San Pablo Airport.

The Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería is located in the Cartuja Science and Technology Park, in what was the Plaza de América pavilion during the 1992 Universal Exposition (Expo '92).
